For the best laundry results, it's important to use the right amount of detergent. If you don’t use enough detergent, you'll get poor cleaning results, and hard water deposits may build up and damage your machine. If you use too much detergent, not only is it un-economical, it increases the risk of your machine over-foaming and the clothes will not be rinsed properly.
