Everyone's skin looks better after they've had a good night's sleep, so if yours is looking a bit lacklustre it's probably because sleeping with a bump isn't always easy.
One helpful tip is to support your body by putting a pillow under your knees and another under your bump.
Gentle exercise during the day can help you fall asleep more easily, too. Finally, when you are bigger, sleep on your left side to allow for the best blood flow to your baby and to your uterus and kidneys. It won't be long now!
