If you suffer from sensitive skin, avoid over perfumed beauty products.

It's best to opt for gentle cleansers, washes and creams to reduce to the risk of a reaction. There are also products that contain soothing, natural ingredients designed to calm flare-ups.

Look out for things such as camomile, oats, grape seed, aloe vera, green tea, and wheat germ.
